Resident producer Nathan Sloan is based out of SE Portland, Oregon where he runs Island Room Studios, a cozy and energetic project studio that has kept sessions running since opening mid-2020.  Since debuting his own Peter EP, Nathan has made appearances on records by Angelo Moore & the Brand New Step and contributed production to Janes World, Ben West, B.R. Mount and the Doubt, Crushingcrayons, and several other projects on their way to the public! Spending the majority of his childhood surrounded with jazz and classical music, this all became a foundation for Nathan Sloan. Beginning his career in Cleveland at the ripe age of 15, Nathan was writing, producing, and performing any where he was allowed in. Before turning 18, Nathan Sloan had shared the bill with acts such as Big Sean, Devin The Dude, Mexicans with Guns, The Jazz Mafia, Emancipator, The Cool Kids, Ray Cash, Chevy Woods, on Rootwire Festival 2011 (Papadosio), on Ingenuity Festival Cleveland 2011, on Ohio Brite Winter Music Festival, etc. After a brief stint in Hollywood working for rapper Riff Raff, and working on several albums, including the production of Ben West's (Savage Squad) "FRANK". Nathan moved to coastal Oregon to work on his solo debut, and has since been touring and continuing to write and produce.
